It has now been 8 weeks since I had a liposuction procedure done by Dr. Freschi. I live in the US and was traveling to Argentina for a vacation. I hadn’t originally thought of having liposuction done in Argentina, but when I priced it out in the US, I had a little sticker shock. I googled liposuction procedures in Buenos Aires and came across Dr. Freschi’s site and separately many reviews written by former patients.

Everything I read was extremely positive. I emailed Dr Freschi and sent some photos to get his assessment as to whether I was a good candidate or not. I was so impressed with how responsive he was and how at ease he made me feel – thoroughly answering my many questions.

I moved forward with the procedure and had liposuction done on my pectorals, love handles and stomach. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Nor could I be happier with the entire process. Dr. Freschi’s office is great…easily accessible in Recoleta. I met with him one week before my procedure for consultation, blood work, and an EKG.

The procedure was completed in a modern clinic/small hospital, not far from his office. Following the procedure I was brought to a very nice room for an overnight recovery, but by early afternoon I felt great and was ready to go back to my hotel, so I didn’t need the overnight hotel.

I followed up a week later and everything was great. I could have flown out then, but chose to stay longer. I wore a tight garment vest for 30 days, which was no issue. I would have ZERO hesitation to have Dr Freschi do your plastic surgery. He is awesome, his staff is awesome and the clinic facilities were awesome.
